1. Return Eligibility


• Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.

• Any return request made after 3 days will not be accepted.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products returned after 3 days of delivery.

• Used, washed, worn, damaged, or altered products.

• Products without original tags or original packaging.

• Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers, unless they are damaged or defective.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


4. Refund Process


• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Delivery


• Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

• Delivery is completed within up to 7 business days across India, depending on your location and courier availability.
